Problems with delivery and type of boots

Didnt get notice from delivery company that the parcel had arrived. I had to write to you, and it took me a couple of days to get a response in which you stated that the parcel had already arrived a week ago. I just hadn’t got any notification about it. Also I got the wrong boots. It is difficult to tell the exact difference between the different style of boots on your website. I wanted a model without zipper, and I looked at the picture and read the description, and I saw no zipper. Consequently I got the wrong boots. I wanted to print the return label as instructed but it wasn’t possible at the delivery company’s website. I had to write to you back and forth (and got very kind and helpful answers) but the whole proces has just been anything but easy. I don’t expect that much trouble in ordering a pair of boots.

Hi! We apologize for any problems and inconveniences with your delivery. I know it is resolved now but we still want to apologize.
The pictures of the model should show the details but we have now also added the information about the zipper to the product information. If you want a Pandora without zipper, I recommend item 60000, our classic laced boot.

Minimise waste

Our goal is that no material should be wasted and therefore you might sometimes see small spots or marks on the leather. This “non perfect”, ever so beautiful leather is natural, unique.and a proof of sustainablility.

Recycled materials

We only use recycled materials in all boxes, hang tags and paper products. We also use a lot of recycled materials in the shoes, from lining to outsoles.
