Since we don´t offer free returns we get these request all the time. Since you didn´t want the shoes and they were not damaged we handled this as a normal return. That means the return shipping is on the customers own expense.
We are sorry that we don´t offer free returns, just returns to a reduced price when you use our UPS or DB Schenker labels.
