It’s a shame that there was a mark on them - you refunded me €15 which I accepted. I thought the leather had been cut/sliced accidentally when they were made. You assured me that it was where they had been in the box and the other one was lying on it but there was a piece of foam in between them protecting them. Very nice boots though.

Hi, thank you for your hand writen cards and sweets! Actually my size is 38 at Ten Points, but this pair of shoes is I'm afraid too narrow at the widest part of the feet. And to be honest, therefore I had to carry the new pair of shoes to shoesrepairservise so they kept inside a special form for a week and it made them wider. Futhermore, I had the same situation with the same model color black a period of time ago. To be clear, why I do emphasize, the rest models of Ten Points fit my 38 perfectly and I can start long walk at once and without experiencing any tension. With very best regards.
