Unfortunately this company does not stand behind their product. They claim a cushioned insole for comfort. It took 3 days for my feet to recover from a single afternoon of wear. Beware that there is zero arch support and no cushioning. It will feel like walking on cement with bare feet. The company also suggested I sell the boots online because they do not stand behind their product and will not make the situation right. Zero stars would be given if possible. I should have stuck to Frye Boots. I do not like to post negative reviews especially for independent companies but I want to save others from wasting their money. I wish other options were offered to rectify the situation.

My husband bought these for me for my birthday, but he didn’t read the review that said to size up if between sizes, so when these arrived, they were just too snug to be wearable. We immediately looked up how to return or exchange them, but it would have cost us at least $60 and the boots were already on the upper end of our budget as it was. It’s just so sad that such expensive boots would come with such a meager return policy. We’ve worked with several European shoe companies that have a satisfaction guarantee and I guess had just come to expect that. Now we are going to just try to sell them to someone else… such a bummer.

Perfect fit, nice Color, Looks good with tight Jeans. Easy to pull on, but still tight around the anckle.

This is my second pair and have loved them daily. So comfortable. And they just get better and better.

Very comfortable shoes due to a bit wide cut at the "instep". I order the cognac colour and its amazing!

The boots are so beautiful and not at all bulky which I was a bit worried about. Great quality and beautiful colour! They felt a little bit stiff and hard at the seams when I tried them on, but I hope they'll soften in use. I would size up if you are in between sizes.
