Very difficult to find the right size!
Why do you not follow the EU size regulation?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you but hope you found the right size using the unique size guide anyway (located on each product page).

Sizes and measurements are so tricky. Unfortunately, there are many different aspects that affect the measures, it not just the length and the width, it also depends on the shape of the shoe, the last, the design of the shoe and of course the heel hight.
