Disappointing

The left shoe arrived with several technical errors which make it very uncomfortable to wear: insole with unglued and curled part of leather on the heal part, and bulging (unglued?) middle part of the shoe below the insole. Unfortunately, the shoes arrived when I was on holiday, so 2 week return policy expired!
