Pandora leather boot with buckle and zipper made with our beautiful vegetable tanned leather and with a chrome-free leather lining. A classic and timeless model with a fantastic fit.

Sadly, Ten Points didn’t securely package my order (two pairs) and one box was pulled off and stolen at some point (two boxes where bound together with tape). Ten points refused to send me a new pair despite it being their mistake (they said they didn’t have my size. Not true, they were still available to order online). They refunded the cost; however I paid for duties on two pairs of shoes but only got one. Ten Points out the onus on me to work with customs to get a refund from them. We both know, that would never be successful. Sadly, this is the last time I will order from Ten Points. Had they put both shoes into one box- this wouldn’t have happened. Even worse, they admitted this has happened before so they know this is an issue but don’t change their process.

We would like to clarify that our policy regarding package security is of utmost importance to us. We always ensure to package our products securely, but unfortunately, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our mistake and for not being able to send you a replacement pair. The one we have back in stock is unfortunately with laces and not elastic. We assure you that we did not intentionally misplace your order and we take full responsibility for the error.
Regarding the customs duties, we are more than willing to assist you in any way we can. Please reach out to us and we will do our best to help resolve this matter with the Customs.
